Shipping Policy

We deliver products across Ukraine using courier services such as Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, and others as agreed.
The standard delivery time is between one and five business days after the order is confirmed. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, delivery may take longer than usual.
The delivery cost is calculated based on the rates of the selected courier service. If your order exceeds a certain amount, free delivery may apply. The exact conditions for free delivery are shown during checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number. Upon receiving your package, we strongly recommend checking the parcel for external damage. If any issues are found, please file a damage report immediately with the courier.
Payment Policy

We offer several payment options to ensure a convenient and secure shopping experience.
You can pay online by Visa or Mastercard via a secure payment system such as WayForPay. The payment process takes place on the bank’s secure page, and we do not store or access your card details.
If preferred, you can choose to pay on delivery (cash on delivery). In this case, payment is made at the post office or directly to the courier. Please note that the delivery service may charge an additional fee for cash-on-delivery service.
For corporate clients, we also offer bank transfer payments based on an issued invoice. All payments are accepted in the national currency: Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. This right is guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”
Returns are accepted if the item has not been used, retains its original condition, labels, packaging, and is accompanied by a purchase confirmation (receipt or invoice). Products that are not eligible for return under Ukrainian law (according to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172) cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued using the same method of payment as used for the original purchase. Processing usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the moment we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
If you wish to exchange an item due to incorrect size or model, we can offer a replacement, subject to availability. The cost of shipping during an exchange for a properly delivered item is covered by the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email and provide your order number along with the reason for return. We will coordinate the return procedure and provide you with the return address.
